Spetex Refund and Return Policy
At Spetex, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange policy within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
1. General Returns and Exchanges:
- You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
- Customer must provide unboxing video of the parcel for return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Spetex.
2. Exclusions:
- Sale Items: All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized Items: Customized items, including but not limited to products with custom lenses or other personalized modifications, are not eligible for return or exchange. This is due to the unique nature of these products.
3. Return/Exchange Process:

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
